No, you do not need a real estate agent to purchase a new home from Summit Homes or one of our subsidiaries. Our New Home Consultants are with you every step of your new home journey, from shop to buy to close, answering questions and ensuring your smooth transition into homeownership. Of course, you are always free to work with an independent real estate professional, if you so choose.

Can I have a real estate agent (anyway)?

Yes, your choice to have an agent is entirely up to you.

If I have a real estate agent, does he or she need to visit the community with me?

Yes, if you choose to work with a real estate agent, your agent is required to accompany and register with you during your first visit to the Welcome Home Center or register you online.
