The second planned community, Shadow Pointe, will be located on Cheyenne Avenue just east of the 215 Beltway. Construction is set to begin on this 36 home subdivision in September 2014. These homes will range in size from 1750 to 2200 square feet, with prices set to fall between $237,990 and $261,990.
Summit Homes of Nevada will also begin construction on a 22 home community, Hazelwood, located north of Silverado Ranch Boulevard just east of Maryland Parkway. These homes will be the same product line as the Canyon View community, with sizes ranging from 1900 to 2100 square feel and a price range of $241,990 to $248,990. Summit Homes is set to break ground on this community in November 2014.
All three of these communities will feature the amenities that Summit Homes is known form, such as chef’s kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, nine-foot ceilings and oversized windows.
