Locally owned and managed Summit Homes has begun building three new communities at Northern Terrace in Providence in northwestern Las Vegas.

Summit Homes, led locally by division manager, Nathan White, is committed to the Las Vegas Valley with five additional new home communities coming online by year’s end. Summit Homes is making a name for itself with high-desert architecture, elevations and design details, White said.

“Our homes are very well designed and carefully thought out, all the way down to the smallest details.” he said. “Our floor plans are dynamic yet livable with limited wasted space. Summit Homes are not the typical box home that you see with some of the other new homes being built in our same price point — we have enhanced elevations that provide a unique depth and details such as courtyards and upgraded exterior architectural features that really set us apart.”

Summit Homes Northern Terrace at Providence features 16 floor plans within three neighborhoods — Claremont, Westcott and Emery. Prices range from the high $100,000s to the low $300,000s.

To meet growing market demand, Summit Homes has built a limited number of move-in-ready homes that include state-of-the-art features at no additional cost to the buyers, White said.

The Westcott and Emery neighborhoods offer 12 one- and two-story floor plans that include designer flooring and cabinets, raised panel interior doors, upgraded baseboard and case molding and granite countertops.

Claremont features great floor plans at exceptional value. Four two-story floor plans ranging from 1,618 to 1,990 square feet, feature a chef’s kitchen with energy-efficient appliances, master suites and numerous energy and safety features.

Northern Terrace features a resort lifestyle. Residents gain membership to The Club at Northern Terrace, a multimillion-dollar recreation center with pools, fitness center, big-screen televisions, play areas, barbecues and year-round classes and events.
